Smart TechDev Studio ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information when you use our applications. This Privacy Policy applies to Android applications published and operated by Smart TechDev Studio through Google Play (collectively, "our Apps").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, and protect user information. Since different Apps may have different features and configurations, actual data practices may vary depending on the specific App version and functionality.
1. Information We Collect
To provide App functionality, improve service quality, and maintain App stability, we or our integrated third-party services may collect certain device and usage information.
Such information may include device model, operating system version, device language, country or region information, network information, IP address, device identifiers, Android Advertising ID, App usage information, operation logs, crash reports, diagnostic data, and performance information.
When users use our App features, we may process information voluntarily provided by users, such as video links entered by users, download task information, download status, and user-selected file storage locations.
We do not intentionally collect users' video content, third-party platform account passwords, or authentication information used to access third-party platforms.
2. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to provide and maintain App functionality, process user-initiated download requests, display download status, improve App performance and stability, analyze App usage, enhance user experience, deliver and measure advertisements, detect abnormal activities, prevent fraud, and maintain App security.
We may also process information when required by applicable laws and regulations.
We do not use collected information for purposes materially inconsistent with those described in this Privacy Policy.
3. Permissions, Local Processing, and Downloaded Content
Depending on App functionality, we may request access to certain device permissions.
Storage or media access permissions may be used to save downloaded video files, read download status, and manage local files selected by users. Network access permissions are used to access network services, process download requests, perform video download tasks, load App content, and provide related services. Notification permissions may be used to provide download completion reminders, task status updates, or other App-related notifications. Some Apps may use foreground services or background execution permissions to ensure that user-initiated download tasks continue running properly.
We only request permissions necessary for providing App functionality and do not access information unrelated to video downloading features.
Certain App features, such as file saving, download task management, and downloaded file management, may be processed locally on the user's device. Unless a feature explicitly requires it, we do not upload users' downloaded video files to our servers.
Our Apps may allow users to download video content by entering links, using in-App browsing features, or through other supported methods. Users are responsible for ensuring that downloading, saving, using, or sharing video content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform terms of service.
We do not own, host, control, or represent any video content downloaded by users through our Apps, and we are not affiliated with any third-party video platforms, social media platforms, or content providers. Users should independently confirm whether they have the legal right to download, save, or use such content.
We do not access downloaded video content unless required by App functionality, such as saving files, managing download tasks, or providing features explicitly requested by users.
